熱管方式之優(yōu)點(diǎn):

1成形循環(huán)可縮短30%以上(高速吸熱與冷卻)
     2.可獲得殘留應(yīng)力少的成形品(防止產(chǎn)品縮水與變形)
     3.成形品精度佳(冷卻水不沸騰)
     4.成形品外表面佳(防止水垢產(chǎn)生)
     5.可減少顏色不均的現(xiàn)象(可長時(shí)間運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn))
     6.模具保養(yǎng)很有效,因此可維持精度,并減少勞動(dòng)力。
     7.只需裝上附加的熱管, 即能進(jìn)行模具改良。

安裝方法:

1安裝冷卻管的孔徑加工要比冷卻管大0.1m/m-0.2m/m.
     2冷卻管裝入后,請(qǐng)用傳熱填劑將多的空間填滿。
     3冷卻水道孔徑加工請(qǐng)比冷卻管大兩倍以上。
     4冷卻管安裝時(shí),請(qǐng)將冷卻管總長的1/3或2/3長度埋入模具之內(nèi)以確保安全。

Installation:
     1.When installing into molds ,please make sure the space is at least 0.1mm to 0.2mm wider than heatsink.
     2. After installing,please use fitters to fill the gap.
     3.Leave at least twice of the hole space for water cooling path.
     4.For safety  please insert at least 1/3 of heatsink into molds.
